Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities for Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles :

  • Manage end-to-end commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes for materials and services.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in construction processes and techniques.
