Gary's Auto Sales is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Car Sales Support person to assist our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, organizing inventory, and supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Photograph incoming vehicles and upload quality images to online listings
• Update vehicle inventory in dealership systems and websites
• Assist with pricing vehicles, placing window stickers, and organizing lot layout
• Coordinate minor repairs, detailing, and inspections before vehicles go on sale
• Support sales staff by locating vehicles, preparing test drives, and organizing keys
• Perform light lot maintenance (e.g., keeping vehicles clean and showroom-ready)
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry

Schedule & Compensation :

Part-time hours (10 25 hours / week), including occasional full time weeks.

Flexible scheduling available

Hourly pay based on experience
