A company is looking for an Account Specialist (Client Services - Retail focus).
Key Responsibilities :
Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing instructions
Coordinate production of client materials and maintain communication with customers throughout the production process
Monitor job progress and ensure the final product meets customer requirements and company standards
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
Excellent knowledge of functional areas related to the job
Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office or MAC software programs
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
May provide oversight or review work conducted by junior level staff
