Job Description :

The Program Coordinator plays a vital support role on our team helping manage schedules, support families, communicate with schools, and coach weekly sessions. In this role, 50% of your role will be coaching children ages 28 at schools and parks throughout the community. The other 50% includes program coordination, communication, and logistics support to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who loves working with kids, thrives on staying organized, and wants to grow within a mission-driven team.

Position Details :

This is a full-time, 30-hour per week position, with a balanced focus between coaching and administrative program support. Coaching hours are compensated at $20 / hour, and administrative hours at $17-$20 / hour, depending on experience.

During peak seasons , there may be opportunities to work 3040 hours per week , with compensation reflecting actual hours worked. As the business continues to grow, we anticipate this evolving into a consistent 40-hour / week role within the first year , with increased responsibility, stability, and advancement opportunities.
