What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Drive creative candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and market research.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on hiring performance, pipeline health, and diversity metrics.
  • Leverage data-driven insights for workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and compensation benchmarks
  • Manage client relationships, vendor partnerships, and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
  • Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of relevant experience or a fresh MBA from an accredited university.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
  • Preferred Skills :
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).

  • Ability to interpret analytics to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and compliance processes.
  • Experience in a global environment
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
