About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1919.86 - $2103.67

Must have active Maine license. Must have Home Health experience! Must have 2+ references in profile to be submitted. 90-mile radius rule.

Required attire : business casual or scrubs

Any unacceptable attire : not business casual or scrubs

Must Have Skills / Experience : home care experience

EMR : Epic

Equipment : Needs to own their own vehicle

Patient Ratios : average 18-24 patients on case load

BLS certified. Must have Maine OT license. Must be up to date with CEU requirements.

No on-call

Occupational Therapist, Home Health

Experience : 1 year

OT-ME

Certifications : BLS-AHA

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

References : 1 Reference in entire work history
