• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each patient's rehabilitation journey.\n
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans to support their recovery goals.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.\n
• Act as a clinical resource for colleagues and assist in managing complex patient situations.\n
• Celebrate and acknowledge patients' milestones and achievements throughout their recovery process.\n\nKey Requirements : \n
• Active and valid RN licensure (state-specific).\n
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).\n
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of eligibility.\n
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; other relevant experience will also be considered.\n
• This opportunity is for day shift; night shift positions are also available.\n\nCompensation and Schedule : \n
• Hourly pay range : $34.33 - $49.75, commensurate with experience and certifications.\n
• Sign-on bonus : $10,000 to welcome you to our team.\n
• Full-time day shift schedule : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Mountain Time.\n
• No on-call or call-back duties required.\n
• Weekend work is required for 4 days within a 4-week schedule cycle.\n
• Nurse-to-patient ratio : 1 : 8 during the day.\n
