The Opportunity :

As a Retail Pharmacist, you’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. From dispensing medications to counseling patients and ensuring compliance, your leadership will directly shape the pharmacy experience and strengthen its reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do :

• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications with patient safety as the top priority
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and side effects
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with HIPAA standards
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including workflow, compliance, and inventory control
• Partner with technicians and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Build trusted relationships with patients and healthcare providers
