Location : St. Cloud, MN

Shift(s) :  Wed-Tues 10pm-8am

Wage : $17.75 / hr awake hours & $11.13 / hr sleep hours

Job Responsibilities

• Provide supports tailored to each individual's needs (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral and mental health crisis, coaching through challenging moments, etc.)
• Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed
• Administer medication
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans
• Ensure a safe and structured environment
• Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assigned
