Job Description :
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient mobility and function.
- Assist patients in performing exercises and use of equipment to improve strength, balance, and coordination.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain a productivity standard of 90% for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
