Two Maids Gilbert is a franchise residential cleaning service, with a team of Veteran Professional House Cleaners, looking to expand our teams. Are you needing a career change? The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, energetic, and service-oriented individual who enjoys providing top-quality service to our Clients.

Our Veteran PHCs will provide five days of paid training to start you into your new career. Our teams service the East Valley of Arizona including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction (Gold Canyon & San Tan Valley on Mondays) in residential house cleaning. Your team mate and you will rotate who drives and the driver will be reimbursed for miles. Plus our drivers each week will be apart of our bonus incentive. You will be partnered with one team mate that you work with every day. All equipment, chemicals, and supplies to complete the job, is provided to you. Your team will be servicing 1-4 homes daily. Your team will manage your time in-between house to ensure you arrive on-time daily. All teams start and end the day here at our local office in Gilbert. Pay is W2 commission. Full-time / part-time / as needed positions.

Two Maid is a 20-year-old franchise started in Birmingham, Alabama. Our franchise has been located to the north of downtown Gilbert for over 3 years. Our franchise started by two successful business owners (husband and wife) that grew their small mom and pop business. Our owners converted into a successful franchise of Two Maids & A Mop which would service the east valley. We give back to our community with our partnership "Cleaning For A Reason." We are very proud of this!

Compensation : $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
