We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Researcher to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, coherence, and quality of our research outputs. Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and enhancing our research methodologies, thereby directly impacting the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1- Review and assess research reports, data, and other outputs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to AMG & Associates quality standards.
2- Conduct thorough checks on research methodologies to ensure compliance with established protocols.
3- Collaborate with researchers and project managers to identify areas for improvement in research processes and outputs.
4- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for enhancing the quality of research deliverables.
5- Assist in developing and maintaining quality control guidelines, checklists, and best practice documentation.
6- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to discuss quality control strategies and share insights.
7- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to propose new quality control techniques.
Qualifications :
1- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as research, sciences, or social sciences.
2- Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably within a research or academic environment.
3- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
4- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work setting.
5- Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques is a plus.
7- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
