Senior Case Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Case Manager (Paying Agent).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire paying agent process for M&A transactions, ensuring adherence to transaction agreements

Review and interpret transaction documents and contracts to confirm compliance with terms and conditions

Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, addressing complex issues and coordinating with various stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

Required : Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Preferred : Master's degree in business, Finance, or a related field

Preferred : 5+ years of experience in M&A paying agent services or related financial operations

Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts and legal agreements

Proven track record of managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
