$300 to $350 per hour

About The Position

Cardiac Electrophysiologist Locums Physician - Illinois

Ongoing Cardiac EP opportunity in Bloomington, Illinois, with 24-hour pager call and full procedural autonomy.

Highlights

  • Long-term assignment with 15 shifts per month
  • Full procedural scope including ablations, pacemakers, and Watchman
  • 24-hour call, 30-minute response window
  • Start date as early as November

Practice Setting

  • Mix of inpatient, ambulatory, and procedural coverage
  • Supported by a full hospital team with EPIC charting
  • Adult patient population

    • Schedule

  • Fifteen 24-hour shifts per month (7 a.m. to 7 a.m.)
  • Ongoing coverage with long-term extension potential
  • No clinic-only days

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Ablations, EP studies, rhythm conversions
  • Pacemaker and defibrillator implants and removals
  • Loop recorders and Watchman device procedures

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Active Illinois license
  • ACLS and CSR certifications required

    • Travel and Accommodations

  • Flights, lodging, and rental car provided
  • Private housing arranged for duration of assignment
