We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as an Associate – Customer Success upon successfully completing our traineeship program.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What You Will Do :
Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers
Handle client queries via text and video calls
Understand and convey customer needs to the team
Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds
Uphold communication guidelines and procedures
Build and nurture client relationships
Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery
Traineeship Details :
Traineeship Program : 6 months — COP 2,250,000 / month (working 42.5 hours per week)
Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary : COP 52,500,000 (Base Salary) + COP 17,500,000 (Performance Variable) (working 42.5 hours per week)
