Manager Position

This Jimmy John's is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with Chesterton Jimmy Johns LLC, franchisee of the Jimmy John's system. In order to be a manager at Jimmy John's, you'll need to be at least 21 years old, be able to work 40-50 hours a week, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Additional requirements include a clean driving record, reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle stress and resolve customer / employee issues, lead by example, follow instructions and franchise guidelines, great work ethic and fun spirited. Hourly pay, health insurance, paid vacation, monthly bonus.
