What We Offer

$24 $47 / hour (experience & certs) with serious flag-hour potential

Full-time, stable hours (8-hour shifts; weekends available)

Your Role

Diagnose, repair, and maintain to OEM standards across all systems

Execute inspections, advanced diagnostics (electrical, CAN, ADAS fundamentals)

Perform PM services : fluids, brakes, tune-ups, alignments

Communicate clearly with advisors / customers; own the repair from write-up to road test

Document accurately; follow all safety / compliance procedures

Requirements

4+ years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent preferred)

Proven mechanical / electrical diagnostic skill; pro with modern scan tools

Flat-rate discipline; clean comebacks and strong productivity

HS diploma or equivalent ( ASE preferred; OEM certs a plus )

Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset
