A company is looking for a Partner Coordinator who will manage day-to-day tasks supporting client marketing and enrollment management plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
Oversee project management tasks, including monitoring deadlines and managing internal creative projects
Handle billing processes and provide regular updates on project statuses to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in project or event management from concept to completion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel
Experience in providing excellent customer service and building relationships
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus
