We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Generalist with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Hourly Recruitment, and Employee Engagement to join our team.

This role requires a passionate HR professional who combines creative thinking, attention to detail, and a calm, balanced approach to support a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Job Elements Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution with professionalism and discretion.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and concerns in compliance with company policies and state and federal employment laws.

Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Partner with leadership to promote a respectful, positive work environment.

Work with HR and business leaders to support performance management, talent development and succession planning programs Hourly Recruitment Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly positions, from job posting to onboarding.

Oversee the company’s contract labor partner to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner, the candidate pool meets business needs, and labor is evaluated for compliance with company expectations.

Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on specific job requirements.

Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Work with key stakeholders to develop effective onboarding, training & development plans specific to the position, and the employee.

Employee Appreciation & Engagement Plan, coordinate, and execute employee appreciation events and engagement initiatives that reflect company culture and values.

Develop creative recognition programs to celebrate employee milestones and achievements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programs that promote a strong sense of community.

HR Generalist Functions Support HR initiatives including performance management, training & development, benefits support, and compliance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports.

Assist in HR projects and process improvements that drive operational excellence.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, engagement, and hourly recruitment.

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
