Front Desk Associate – Full Time

What You’ll Do

Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

Answer phones, direct calls, and take accurate messages.

Provide information about the community and assist with tours.

Support residents, families, and staff by coordinating services and helping solve problems as they arise.

Complete clerical tasks and use MS Office applications as needed.

Keep the front desk and common areas neat, organized, and inviting.

Maintain and restock the lobby snack area.

Assist with resident transportation as needed (annual defensive driving course required).

Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Friendly, professional attitude.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office.

Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
