A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with OSHA expertise to join its practice group in Colorado. The position is open to attorneys with at least two years of OSHA experience , with opportunities for more senior roles based on experience. The role involves handling state and federal OSHA litigation matters

Duties

  • Manage OSHA litigation cases in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
  • Understand OSHA inspection procedures and citation contest rules.
  • Conduct discovery and apply knowledge of OSHA standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of OSHA litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
  • State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.

    • Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

    • Skills

  • Proficiency in OSHA litigation procedures.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Eligible for firm's 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan.
  • Consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
