Massachusetts Pharmacy License

\nBLS (AHA)

\n3+years extensive acute care clinical experience

\nBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college or pharmacy.

\nExperience with computer operations, unit dose drug dispensing systems, IV admixture and parenteral chemotherapy admixture experience preferred.

\nMust demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy.

\nMust be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.

\nTraveler must have their own vehicle for this need
