1. Lead and manage tax planning strategies for clients, including non-profit organizations and corporations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
2. Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

5. Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional client service, including addressing any tax-related queries or concerns.
6. Develop and implement tax risk management strategies, identifying potential risk areas and recommending appropriate solutions.
7. Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the tax team.
Job Details
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
3. Extensive experience with tax planning, preparation, and review for both non-profit organizations and corporations.
4. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and develop effective tax strategies.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Proven leadership skills, with experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
8. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
9. Proficient in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
