We are seeking Advisors to be part of our growing team based in Boca Raton, FL. All Advisors, whether experienced or new to the commercial real estate profession, are provided sales training the "Cresa Way" either through written training manuals, mentorship with a senior broker or Managing Principal, involvement in teams and regular training meetings. Cresa believes in providing Advisors with the base of knowledge and guidance necessary to be an effective and productive commercial real estate professional throughout their career.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Heavy prospecting for new client relationships via phone and door-to-door contact
• Networking to identify potential new business opportunities
• Learn and sharpen presentation skills to secure business
• Learn the players are in the local market and develop relationships
• Learn and stay current with market trends, tenant / buyer movement and deal points
