Job Summary : As a ScriptPro Training Specialist, you will lead both in-person and virtual training sessions to support pharmacy staff implementing ScriptPro systems. You'll provide go-live support, assess pharmacy workflows to enhance system efficiency, and serve as a key liaison between ScriptPro and its customers. Success in this role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role requires extensive, multi-day travel to both domestic and international pharmacy locations.
Reporting Relationship : Manager, Field Training
Shift : Full-time position requiring frequent travel. Schedule may vary, including weekends. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Pre-Employment Conditions :
ScriptPro develops, sells, and supports state of the art products and services for healthcare system customers including federal agencies such as the Department of Defense, VA, Indian Health Services as well as multiple major hospital systems around the United States and Canada. These customers require certain security clearances and health related tests and vaccines in order to gain access to their locations. To support ScriptPro customers and as a condition of employment, you will be required to gain federal security clearance and / or prove certain health related tests and vaccines such as but not limited to tuberculosis, annual flu, and COVID vaccines (requests for a religious or medical exemption will be considered). Federal security clearance (See the Standard Form 85) can include additional background checks such as but not limited to credit history and drug testing. To cross the US-Canadian border, you must have a valid passport, no misdemeanor or felony charges, and abide by the immigration policies set by the Canadian government. (See Canada Inadmissibility List to preview requirements). If your role requires this type of security clearance and / or proof of tests / vaccines, you will be required to complete these items as a condition of employment.
Working Conditions :
This position encompasses both office and workshop environments. Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Candidates may work near and around various conditions such as dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts and tools, electrical components, and outdoor conditions. This position is very active and regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, reach, and use hands and fingers. Ability to push, pull, and lift independently is required. Motor coordination, tool use, focused attention during extended periods of travel, and specific vision abilities, including close, distance, and color vision, are required. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
