We are currently hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility. Our staff has set a high standard of care, and we are looking for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic professionals to continue that legacy.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (recognized by AOTA)
  • Holds current license and / or registration in the state of Maryland (as applicable)

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders
  • Document all findings and assessments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals, therapy frequency, and modalities
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services and adjust treatments as necessary
  • Ensure timely acquisition of physician orders for all treatments, evaluations, recertifications, and discharges
