Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Estimator, located in Aurora, CO. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for providing project estimation and management, sales, and business development. Day-to-day tasks include assessing project requirements, estimating costs, preparing proposals, communicating with clients, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Consitien and proactive Communication skills
• Directky relate or construction related Sales skills witha minimum of 3-5 years experience
• Experience in Project Estimation in aspahalt and concrete or a similarly relayed field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of asphalt and concrete maintenance and construction
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
• abulity to read plans and use take off softwares a plus
