Marcus & Millichap South Bay in Los Angeles is seeking state-licensed real estate professionals who are motivated to learn to build a career in both leasing and investment sales while earning rewarding commissions. Responsibilities :
Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheldValidate all personal references and rental application informationResearch local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricingWork with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the dealPresent properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreementQualifications :
Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PublisherAbility to communicate effectively both oral and writtenPast sales experience is preferredFamiliar with leasing regulationsMust live within daily driving distance to the officeMust have working rights in the USAExcellent communication and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of leasing rules and regulationsAbout Company
