Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

Pay Range : $45-60 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10k for full-time and $5k for part-time positions!

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Support our mission of providing excellent dental care and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences. If you love working with kids (who make up 70% of our patient base), this is the place for you!

Your Responsibilities :

As a Dental Hygienist, you will :

  • Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
  • Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under the supervision of a dentist
  • Offer excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
  • Assess dental conditions and review patients' medical histories
  • Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
  • Guide parents and patients through the treatment process
  • Assist with dental and perio charting as needed
  • Take x-rays and save them into patient charts when necessary
  • Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion

    • Qualifications :

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
