We are actively seeking an RBT to provide top-notch ABA therapy to our pediatric clients aged up to 5 years old. You'll enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 : 15 to 4 : 45, in our clinic setting, with no travel requirements. Step into a role where your skills and dedication truly matter!

Job Details :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 15 AM to 4 : 45 PM
  • Setting : Clinic-based, with no travel requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to young children with autism and related disorders and implement behavior intervention plans developed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Record and monitor client progress and collect data. Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the client's care.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment plans and goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children with autism or early intervention.
  • Experience with NET and play-based interventions.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR).
