Overview
Chemical Engineering Co-Op - Spring 2026 at Entegris. Location : Colorado Springs, CO (Rockrimmon). Duration : 6 months, Spring 2026.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on work in the processes of the new UPE membrane manufacturing line.
- Documentation needs, such as IQ, OQ, SAT plans and reports, spare parts, etc.
- Performing membrane tests or other engineering tests as needed.
- Data mining from process data and test data of similar processes in MA and from new processes here in CO.
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing engineering data from tests and experiments.
- Generating reports of experiments as necessary.
- Attending technical meetings on project planning, experiment design, discussion of results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support project related activities.
What We Seek / Qualifications
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Strong analytical and quantitative skills; detail oriented; highly organized; able to handle multiple tasks.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills (preferred).Ability to work independently and in a team.Active enrollment in an accredited university for duration of co-op / internship pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or chemistry.Minimum GPA of 2.8.Must be currently enrolled; available to work 40 hours / week, M-F (8a-5p) from January through June.Must be familiar with university requirements to participate in a co-op program.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.What We Offer
