    Salary :

    Starting at $21.60 - $24.00 per hour (Non-exempt)

    About the Position :

  • Answer the agency helpdesk line.
  • Install and troubleshoot 500+ computers.
  • Install and maintain software applications such as Microsoft Office, anti-virus and other network programs.
  • Initiate general network tasks such as monitoring network connectivity to remote offices, troubleshooting network devices.
  • Troubleshoot general hardware such as printers, monitors, scanners, and other office equipment.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • Experience (preferred)

    • Additional Qualifications :

  • Completion of DCFS criminal background check and fingerprinting
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain an insured vehicle
  • At least three years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of DCFS Foundations Training to obtain Child Welfare Licensure
