Job Description
We are looking for an in-house Videographer and video editor to join our team. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience using various cameras, professional video editing software, and enjoys presenting a complete, polished project on deadline. Since we commonly use these videos on social media for promotion, it is important that the product we deliver meets our brand standards. Candidates with experience also in photography and graphic design are highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
Be the passionate champion for Cheerleading!The ability to CREATE and innovateEnsure product excellence and innovationRecord video using professional equipment provided by Company, managed from concept to editing to creation to releaseOn brand, post-production video editing and photo editing expertiseSet-up and breakdown of lighting and audio equipmentMaintain and care for equipmentBe a Cheerleading insider and provide competitive intelligenceBe the product expert relative to Cheerleading trends, athlete trends and competitive contentWork with the Social and Digital Marketing team to edit videos and photos to create timely postsDrive authentic contentBe able to create and maintain budgets with CFOPerform other duties as assigned. Including but not limited to :Pop-Up Events Coverage (Pop Ups, retail, 1-2 day competitions)Brand PromotionsState sponsorshipsGym relationshipsSpecial projectsBiz development (camps, competitions, technology)Special Brand building programsDesired Skills and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Film, Videography, or related fieldMinimum of three years professional work experienceA minimum of three years of experience using professional recording equipmentAdvanced skills in video editing software, including Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After EffectsAnimation design skillsAn eye for every detailAbility to work independently or on a teamStrong technical and hard skillsMinimum of 5 years cheerleading experience coaching / cheering - highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communications skillsMust be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to keep up in a fast-paced environmentMust be a team player and willing to wear multiple hatsProficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointMust be able to lift 25-45 lbs. of equipment and maintain OSHA safety standardsDrone experience preferred.This job is based in Atlanta, GA (not-remote), and requires seasonal travel, weekend and evening workMUST HAVE CURRENT REEL READY TO SEND ELECTRONICALLY OR VIA WEB LINKCompensation :
