Lead and mentor a team of finishers, providing expert guidance and fostering skill development.

Oversee the finishing processes to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Conduct thorough quality inspections and enforce safety protocols within the finish area.

Manage and maintain inventory levels of finishing materials, coordinating timely procurement with suppliers.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the aviation cabinetry finishing or woodworking industry.

Strong understanding of finish applications, materials, and techniques utilized in cabinetry.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with an ability to motivate and inspire your team.
