The GA Market Fleet Manager will oversee the fleet function for Pepsi Beverages North America, South Division. This Leader is responsible for the oversight of 1,500 assets, 29 fleet technicians, 1 Supervisor, 1 Coordinator and $28MM annual fleet spend. Key accountability performance deliverables will cover all facets of Fleet Operations including management of preventative maintenance programs, training initiatives, national compliance, and regional / national initiatives that make a lasting impact to the performance of the business. This is an On-Site Position covering 11 locations and includes 50% travel to sites within the market. This role will require a balance between managing day-to-day frontline technicians as well as balancing analytical strategy surrounding productivity, asset optimization, and asset utilization. This role will have extensive cross functional responsibility, the ability to effectively communicate and influence others indirectly is critical.
The candidate must be able to effectively engage fleet team members and sales market managers in the GA Market to drive tangible results on safety, cost, and reliability. The role will require travel 50% of the time and will demand the ability to adapt to multiple labor and managerial profiles on a location-by-location basis.
This role will manage the entire GA Market. Travel is required.
