Full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in an outpatient, private practice setting treating infants and children up to age nine. The role offers 40 hours / week with flexible scheduling. Our team collaborates with occupational and physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and specialists such as dietitians and vision / hearing experts. Experience with birth to 3 populations and feeding disorders is preferred, but new graduates completing CFY are welcome. Mentorship is available from experienced SLPs. Compensation includes a competitive salary ($60,000–$85,000), profit sharing, benefits like health / dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, license and ASHA dues reimbursement, continuing education budget, and paid time off.
Responsibilities include developing evidence-based speech programs, working directly with patients and families, evaluating progress, documenting care, and collaborating with team members.
Qualifications : 2+ years pediatric experience preferred, Master’s degree or higher, valid SLP license in Washington, strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and physical stamina. This in-person role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.
