Strong floor presence and ability to lead service during peak hours Supports GM in managing P&L, labor, and inventory controls Provides hands-on training and daily support for hourly team members ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain) Comfortable using POS systems and staff scheduling tools Experience with beer service or interest in craft brewing Familiarity with opening / closing procedures and shift execution History of supporting hiring, onboarding, and training Experience running FOH / BOH communication smoothly Community-focused mindset and comfort engaging with regulars Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
