About Us :

Marketing Consultancy Lab We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a positive experience and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications materials.
  • Support the coordination of internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and communications issues.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and campaigns as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
