Anesthesiologist Locums Job in Lagrange, Indiana

Dates of Assignment : January 12, January 26, February 9, February 23, March 9, March 23, April 6, continues every other Monday need Details of Assignment :

Active Indiana license required, ACLS, BLS, PALS
OR Hours are 7a- 3p / Call Hours : 3p- 7a
OR call only
MDs onsite - little to no supervision
Cases required : ENDO, PEDS, URO, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General, GYN, ORTHO
every other Monday for podiatry cases
EMR : EPIC
Credentialing takes 120 days
