Collaborates with leadership team, clinical education team, and clinical staff in the planning and implementation of organizational and departmental goals, creating a climate of innovation through role-modeling, consultation, research, and the facilitation of learning. Demonstrates ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate high-quality, cost-efficient educational programs for staff which build on foundational skills, introduce novel approaches, and advance critical thinking. Utilizes American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurse Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine as primary references for Critical Care, Rapid Response and Vascular Access.
