• Carry out casting and external fixation care while meticulously monitoring neurovascular status.\n
• Apply traction and implement continuous motion therapy as part of your comprehensive patient care.\n
• Monitor and document vital signs, observe surgical sites, and promptly communicate any changes in patients' conditions to the medical team.\n
• Educate patients on new methods for performing daily tasks and provide essential information on assistance programs, support groups, and other resources they may need.\n\nShift : 3x12 Nights
