College Store Assistant
The College Store Assistant duties are to provide support to all retail operations of the College Store, including coordination of all cashiering functions, such as the collection of student payments, sales of goods, etc. The Assistant ensures students have eligibility to charge textbooks, etc. to their account and serves as a liaison between students, third party textbook vendor, Financial Aid and Accounting Services. The position prepares the daily bank deposit for the Fort Morgan campus and reconciles cash drawers to system reports. The position implements processes used by cashiers, trains new cashier staff, supervises hourly staff as needed, and performs Copy Center operations. This includes coordinating merchandise / supply orders, preparing food items and beverages, and monitoring food shipments required to support the full operation of the College Store. This position's work schedule is developed to support the College Store's routine hours and may include some extended days and / or weekend hours to support student and institutional needs. Typical store hours are M-F ranging from 7 : 30 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. some weekend hours may be required. The College Store Assistant models and engages others to practice the MCC Guiding Principles, which include integrity, respect, open and honest communication, and collaboration, to encourage effective and efficient conflict resolution and to promote teamwork and trust.

Salary and Benefits : $44,125 to $50,745, based on education, skills and experience. Benefits include health, life, dental and vision insurance, LTD & benefit package in accordance with Colorado Community College and Occupational Education System policies. No relocation assistance is provided.
