Overview
Hi, We're Seek Thermal.
Seek is a growth tech company working to bring thermal imaging to as many people as possible. With a focus on safety critical missions and high quality products, Seek is a fun tech company working to bring advanced hardware and software to its customers.
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of U.S. Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the revenue growth and profitability of the assigned West Western Territory. The Regional Sales Manager will achieve this goal by driving revenue through Seek Fire Channels.
The Regional Sales Manager will develop and expand relationships throughout the region. The Sales Manager will be the face of the Seek brand with our,
dealers / distributors
and Seek Fire Product end-users, executing and managing all sales, and training efforts for the Seek Fire Products brand.
We love where we work, and so can you.
Sorry- we are unable to sponsor a work Visa
Join us on our mission to make thermal imaging a part of everyday life!
At Seek, you\'ll get to work with the world-class engineers that pioneered the technology, and now they're building an organization that's built on that same pioneering spirit…but we can't do it alone. We want your ideas, your enthusiasm, and your passion to help us make thermal imaging a part of everyday life, for everyone.
We love where we work, and so can you.
What We're Looking For
The Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer will serve as a technical leader of mechanical design for next- thermal imaging products. This role requires deep technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to guide a team through the entire product lifecycle, from early concept to volume manufacturing. You will collaborate with electrical, optical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to deliver rugged, high-performance, and manufacturable products, while setting best practices and mentoring the mechanical engineering team. The Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer will report directly to the VP of Engineering.
What You'll Do
- Lead the mechanical design architecture for multiple thermal imaging products and platforms.
- Define mechanical design strategies that optimize performance, manufacturability, and cost.
- Oversee complex tolerance, stress, thermal, and modal analyses.
- Drive design from concept to production, including prototyping, EV / DV / PV Test phases, and launch.
- Lead critical design and cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment across disciplines.
- Manage schedules, risks, and trade-offs for mechanical deliverables.
- Implement advanced mechanical solutions for ruggedized, high-precision, and thermally constrained systems.
- Champion DFM / DFA practices and ensure smooth transition to high-volume manufacturing.
- Provide technical mentorship and career development for mechanical engineers.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, design standards, and documentation rigor.
- Partner with optics, electronics, and industrial design teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Engage with suppliers for material selection, process validation, and tooling optimization
