• Recruiting & Hiring : Get hands-on experience in the recruiting process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating the interview process. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing new talent into our organization.
• HR Compliance & Employment Law : Learn about the application of employment laws, especially in areas like employment eligibility and confidentiality. You'll help ensure that our HR practices are legally compliant and efficient.
• Employee Benefits & Payroll : Support the management of employee benefits, assisting with new hire enrollments and troubleshooting issues. You'll also learn about payroll systems and how they integrate with HR processes.
