Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced content creator intern to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies, and will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

You will play a vital role in shaping our online presence and growing our engaged community, including capturing content at events and in-store activations to showcase the full Rancher Hat Bar experience. Qualifications :

• Experience creating content for social media (can be personal, school, or brand-related)
• Strong eye for detail and design
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Comfortable shooting video and photography using a phone or camera
• Basic editing skills (video / photo)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• A love for Western fashion, lifestyle, and storytelling is a big plus
• Must be comfortable with traveling to events to create content
