Coordinator-Facilities
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Coordinator-Facilities to join our team. Responsible for managing the preventative and corrective maintenance for the HSHS corporate facilities. This role works closely with Facilities leadership to plan, implement, and coordinate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. Responsible for all functions of facilities and maintenance that guarantees the highest quality maintenance services and protects the investment of the facilities and related equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Education Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited technical school program in power plant operation, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, machine shop practice, or basic electricity is required. High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in power plant operation, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, machine shop practice, basic electricity or related field may be accepted in lieu of an accredited technical degree.Experience Qualifications :
5 years of experience in oversight or management of power plant operations, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, machine shop practice, basic electricity, large data center utilities, complex electrical and back up systems, or related field is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the technical degree requirement.)Certifications, Licenses and Registrations :
Illinois State UST operator's license is required.If unlicensed, must obtain Illinois State UST operator's license within six (6) months of hire date.AMA Management or equivalent management training is preferred.Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
