Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiter & Administrative Support Specialist to support HR operations in Mount Prospect, IL. This project-based position focuses on recruiting hourly associates and providing day-to-day administrative support while ensuring alignment with HR best practices.

Pay : $26.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (1st Shift)

What You'll Do :

  • Post job openings and manage applicant data in Talent Hub
  • Source and screen candidates based on skill and role alignment
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Review resumes and track recruitment progress
  • Support onboarding and monitor new hire attendance
  • Keep accurate records and maintain compliance with HR standards
  • Provide updates to the HR team and hiring managers regularly

What You Bring :

  • High school diploma or GED (required); Associate or Bachelor's in HR or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ year of recruiting or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SAP, JDA / Blue Yonder, or other WMS a plus
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
