Treasury Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, related fields, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate treasury

Preferred qualifications :

Experience in M&A

Strong understanding of core treasury functions or banking industry

Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Support treasury pre-close due diligence, deal funding, and post-close integrations for acquisitions and strategic financial investments.

Analyze target company's treasury operations, focusing on cash management structures, banking relationships, debt and financial risks.

Develop and execute detailed integration plans to merge acquired company's treasury functions into Google's existing framework. Track project milestones and update workflow tools accordingly.

Manage internal and external stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact to advocate for treasury within the context of fast-paced decision-making and a high degree of ambiguity.

Partner cross-functionally to optimize problem-solving and increase efficiencies, leveraging banking relationships to achieve timely results.
