We called ourselves Florida Avenue from the start for our location on one of Tampa's most notable roads. But with time and growth, that name has come to mean more to us and more to our people. Your role as a Brewer

As a Full-Time Brewer at Florida Avenue Brewing Co., you can expect a dynamic and engaging workday from Monday to Friday, with no late nights or weekends. Your daily routine will involve hands-on brewing, including measuring ingredients, monitoring fermentation processes, and ensuring quality control at every stage. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues and implement innovative solutions, embodying our core values of problem-solving and excellence.

Regular equipment maintenance and cleaning will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring a safe and efficient brewing environment. You’ll also engage in tasting sessions to assess product quality, and participate in product development meetings, contributing your ideas to enhance our offerings. This role will allow you to grow your skills in a relaxed yet high-performance atmosphere, fostering both personal and professional development.

What we're looking for in a Brewer

To excel as a Full-Time Brewer at Florida Avenue Brewing Co., candidates should possess strong production brewing experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of the brewing process and techniques. Familiarity with brewing software and tools is essential, as it will aid in monitoring production and maintaining quality control.
