Renville Health Services is looking for a full-time DAY shift Charge RN to join our great team. This position will work 12 hour shifts, including every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday. Hours would be from 6 : 30am-7pm. RHS offers competitive wages based off of previous experience and a $2.00 / hr shift differential for working after 2 : 45 pm.
Charge RN Wage Range : $39.28 - $43.39 per hour and depends on previous experience and new hires could be eligible for a 5000.00 Sign-On bonus!

Job Summary :
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
